The aesthetic style really confuses me. I loved what Shakman did with WandaVision, but every time the Fantastic Four use their powers here, it looks cheap, unimaginative, and downright ugly. I wouldn’t care about the plot if they had truly brought a classic festival aesthetic to this commercial machine, but it just doesn’t work.
